On December 31, 2025, the Riviera Maximilian restaurant opens its doors for an exclusive New Year’s Eve gala dinner, designed for those who want to experience a refined, exciting and unforgettable New Year’s Eve with exceptional sea views.

The Grand New Year’s Gala of the Riviera Maximilian is much more than a dinner.
It is a complete experience, where every detail is taken care of to thrill.
The main character of the evening will be an extraordinary gala menu, designed by chef Pasquale Sacco, designed to celebrate the best of contemporary cuisine through:

Fried polenta, creamed cod, cuttlefish julienne, bottarga
Artisan bread and coffee-flavoured butter, marinated anchovies
Bubbles of our selection
Amberjack with Tuna sauce
Saffron risotto with seafood, squid, red shrimp, sea urchins and lime
Calamarata with smoked lobster, ‘nduja, buffalo milk and oregano
Croaker fish with turnip greens, anchovy and lemon
Chocolate Bavarian with mango, yuzu, green apple and cardamom
Cotechino and Lentils to welcome the new year according to the Italian tradition
Throughout the evening, carefully selected background music will accompany the dinner, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere.
